Tag New Media won four Horizon Awards this year. The two that I had the biggest hand in were Institute for Sustainable Communities which won a gold medal in the Public Service/Non-Profit category and Engaged.tv which garnered a silver in the Entertainment category.
Two of my sites with Tag New Media were recently given Summit awards. Engaged.tv won gold in the Entertainment Website category and Institute for Sustainable Communities won silver for Non-Profit Website. Thanks, of course, to my teammates, especially Jeff for the amazing creative direction.
I just found out that two of the sites that I built last year received 2006 Horizon Interactive Awards in the Public Service category. My work at Tag New Media won a silver for Shelburne Museum and a bronze for Housing Partnership Network.

After a pretty relentless week, we launched a new website for Good News Garage, a New England non-profit which takes automobiles as donations, fixes them, and then gives them to low-income families for work transportation.
Especially nice is the homepage Flash animation by Corey.

The New England Anti-Vivisection Society is a Boston non-profit dedicated to replacing animal experiments with humane and scientifically superior alternatives. They do a lot of great work, including fighting for the release of chimpanzees from animal testing labs and supporting the Canadian chimpanzee sanctuary run by the Fauna Foundation.
Check out NEAVS auction, running through 12/5/2005. They have quite a few items listed, especially gift certificates for businesses in New England.
The photo is of a chimpanzee named Bucky who started out his unfortunate life at the Laboratory for Experimental Medicine and Surgery in Primates (LEMSIP) at New York University.
